Okumura, commonly referred to as Detective Okumura, is a character in the manga and anime franchise Detective Conan.
Background
Okumura is a detective from the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. He loves Sato and thus jealous of Takagi, much often to boycott with his colleagues their dates.
