Episodes from those types of sites are really low quality and all your work so far will need to be replaced at some point in the future. Those boxes covering the watermarks in the corner aren't good at all. If you don't have any official DVDs, you can almost always find better with a little searching around the internet. Sometimes subs in other languages have good quality.
