This is a rather rare position in the Detective Conan movies; however, there seem to be two individual translations regarding it on the wiki: for Movie 7 Crossroad in the Ancient Capital it is noted as "Sub director" and whilst for Movie 21 The Crimson Love Letter being "Co-director" or "Assistant director". I looked up some relative translations regarding this Japanese term, and it turns out that Assistant director is the most widely accepted one (Wiktionary - 副監督). Notwithstanding that, I am not convinced, or better yet, do not second this manner of notation. We already had quite a considerable number of positions that utilised the word "assistant":

It's not officially confirmed in the resolution, but Yoshitsune is clearly the man with glasses and gray hair in the magazine "AROE" cover about the leader of the Genjibotaru gang that Heiji reads in his room at the beginning. The movie production can't leave that mistery unsolved, then... --185.93.230.10 12:26, 8 January 2022 (UTC)

I personally think that it is quite crucial to differentiate "監督補" with "副監督" even though they could have been analogous to each other in terms of the scope of work. Regarding Co-director, it is quite far-fetched with the original meaning as well, evidently, it implicates more like two personnel sharing equal responsibilities upon a movie production.

Also, I would definitely not put Assistant director since the word "assistant" has already been used for most positions like "助手" and "補佐". To distinguish these different positions, I will go for Sub director.

When Conan is at the Gojo bridge, sometime before meet Heiji, we can see a man holding a black bag very similar to Renya Karasuma's silhouette, who is indirectly compared with Minamoto no Yoritomo, Yoshitsune's older brother and black arch-enemy. The noble Fumimaro Ayanokoji and his pet chipmunck, who appear for the first time, are very similar to the billionaire Renya Karasuma and his pet crow, and the movie also cited Karasuma Avenue, crows, related Tengu, and children song. He could also be related in some way with the Genjibotaru gang, maybe the unknown person that the culprit - who lived in Teramachi street, not so far from the bridge - meet that morning after found him in internet to buy the stolen Buddha statue, but we must wait for the author to reveal the current appearance and profession of the head of the Black Organization to return here. --185.93.230.10 07:18, 23 January 2022 (UTC)

Missing voice actors

You were forgotten the voice casts. --Arringtastic1992 (talk) 06:15, 14 May 2016 (CEST)

Usually the only voice actors that get listed are the ones for the main cast (the ones appearing in the manga), and the guest actors that play the most main characters of that specific movie. Any other characters in the movie are usually not listed because they are not important and their voice actors usually either only play really minor roles of suspects in the anime or don't come back. --Jimmy-kud0-tv2 (talk) 07:23, 14 May 2016 (CEST)

English Translation of "副監督"

 1. Assistant director (監督補 ?)
 2. Assistant animation director (作画監督補佐 ?)
 3. Assistant episode director (演出助手 ?)
 4. Storyboard assistant (絵コンテ協力 ?)
