Skyechan's right. The reason why the "lower quality" one is being picked here is because that's the main Detective Conan version of the ending. A better version will be posted when we get one without the info border. The other version was exclusive to the magic Kaito special, and thus is not the 'true' ending so to speak. We can have that one in the article too, but the DC version goes in the info bar. Also, your edit summary was entirely inappropriate. I will ban you if you do that or anything like it again.
