The Invisible Weapon, Ran's First Investigation (this is from the anime only, I believe)

Volume 14-15, Chapters 9-10 & 1-3: Files 139-143 / Anime Episode Season 4, Episodes 84-85: Ski Lodge Murder Case Kudo calls her on the earring cellphone and by relaying his words she presents the solution as her own.

Volume 42, Chapters 2-4: Files 426-428 / Anime Season 12, Episodes 343-344 "The Convenience Store Trap" She solves the case by herself remembering the methodology taught to her by Kudo.

Supposedly she solved three cases, so one is missing.
