Keisuke Shinohara (篠原 啓輔 Shinohara Keisuke), born 1987 in Ibaraki Prefecture, is a Japanese animator, technical director, and later director. He takes part in the production of Detective Conan anime and movies.

Biography
Keisuke Shinohara was born in 1987 in Ibaraki Prefecture[1]. After moving to Tokyo, he started animation in 2013, being tasked with production advancement and the making of the ending animation for anime series Yowamushi Pedal. The following year, he started landing bigger tasks, becoming episode director and key animator for the first time, for series Actually, I Am…. He rose to prominence in 2019 after having been the director of anime movie Black Fox[1]. In 2020, he became director of an anime series for the first time, for A3! Season Spring & Summer[2]. In 2022, he became the director for anime series My Dress-Up Darling, which was well acclaimed by critics[1]. In 2025, he would be tasked with directing season 2 of the same series[3]. In late 2024, he was one of eleven Japanese animation staff members invited to the Global Anime Challenge[4].
He first became involved with Detective Conan in 2015, having done key animation for movie 19, Sunflowers of Inferno. Later the same year, he would become episode director for episode 784, Welcome to Club Orihime. After being absent in 2016, Shinohara returned in 2017 as technical director for movie 21, The Crimson Love Letter. Following this, Shinohara has not been involved with Detective Conan since.
