Square images for characters

Hello Tenmatsu, and welcome to our (unofficially defined) wiki contributing team! I took note of your recent upload for Kinji Ogawara.jpg, and according to our wiki's standards, character images must be square, with a size of 100×100 pixels. Currently, the mentioned picture has a size of 572×720 pixels, which is not yet square, and it would be best to fix the image to follow our Manual of Style.
