Hiding upcoming releases?

Why don't we show the next chapter and episode to the readers?

I'm not a moderator, but I'd say that showing the next chapter and episode would just make the front page looks even more cluttered. And besides, there is really no way of knowing the name of the next chapter until it is released (and sometimes, not even the release date is known). The current system is just fine, in my opinion.
