Chafurin (茶風林 Chafuurin), born December 4, 1961, is a seiyu from Saitama Prefecture. His real name is Hirotaka Shimazawa (島沢 弘隆 Shimazawa Hirotaka). His stage name comes from Charlie Chaplin (pronounced Chapurin in Japanese).
In Detective Conan he voices Juzo Megure.
