Masaharu Okuwaki (奥脇 雅晴 Okuwaki Masaharu) a.k.a Masaki Ozora (大宙 征基 Ōzora Masaki), born March 19, 1958, is a Japanese screenplay writer, storyboardist, episode director and director from Yamanashi. He also took part in doing screenplay writing and storyboards in Lupin III. He participated in the production of the movies 8 to 12 in Detective Conan and The Target is Kogoro!! The Detective Boys' Secret Report.
