Shinaki Saitou (斎藤 新明 ,Saitō Shin'aki) is a Japanese animator. He only does animation director work in Detective Conan anime.

Saitou joined the production of the Detective Conan anime in 2008, starting with Clash of Red and Black (Disturbance). He always partnered with Nobuyuki Iwai serving as animation directors. In the following year, Saitou quit the production team after finishing the animation correction work of The Malice Hidden Behind the Masque, and has not returned yet.
