Kazumi Kobayashi (小林 一三 ,Kobayashi Kazumi) is a Japanese storyboard artist and animation director. He takes part in the production of Detective Conan anime and movies.

Biography

Kazumi Kobayashi is the representative of Mito Animation (水戸アニメーション). Kobayashi joined the production of the Detective Conan anime in 2006, starting with Episode 457: Sonoko's Red Handkerchief (Part 1); she served as storyboard artist and animation director during Masato Sato era, yet starting Koujin Ochi era, she only did key animation. In 2013, Kobayashi quit the anime production.
