Toshimichi Okawa (大川 俊道 Ōkawa Toshimichi?), born 2 April 1957, is a Japanese screenplay writer and director famous for his participation in different Japanese anime.

He graduated from Meiji University, while assimilated into the film study group, he simultaneously worked part-time at the promotion section on the 7th floor of Toei Company when he was attending university. What is more, he took part in the production of TV drama Seibu Keisatsu, and then was appreciated by Hiroshi Kashiwabara. He also studied under the famous scriptwriter Ei Ogawa, as junior of Kazunari Kouchi. In 1981, he officially debuted in TV drama Taiyō ni Hoero!.

Currently, Okawa is running a film production company called "KOM" along with Hiroshi Kashiwabara and Atsushi Muroga.
