| − | I'm not exactly the ultimate authority on the matter, but my opinion is that for the cast of characters on the episodes/manga chapters we should use the terms most often associated with the character. Obviously not something like "Conan-kun" instead of "Conan Edogawa", but for characters like Hiroshi Agasa and Juzo Megure refer to them as the other characters do more frequently: Professor Agasa and Inspector Megure. We're not used to hearing their first names in use by others, so this makes more sense. The DVD 19-10 includes episodes 602, 603, 604, and 605, meaning that Season 20 officially starts at episode 606, unless a DVD 19-11 is released at a later date. This isn't my expertise however, so don't take my word for it.
