Shinaki Saitou (斎藤 新明 Saitō Shin'aki) is a Japanese animator. He only does animation director work in Detective Conan anime.

Biography
Shinaki Saitou joined the production of the Detective Conan anime in 2008, starting with Episode 498: Clash of Red and Black (Disturbance). In addition, he always partnered with Nobuyuki Iwai when serving as animation director.
In the following year, Saitou quit the production team after finishing the animation correction work of Episode 527: The Malice Hidden Behind the Masque, and has not returned yet.
