He intended to steal the main exhibit from the museum, the "Tears of Sirius", a diamond worth billions of yen. As such, [[Kogoro Mouri|Kogoro]] and [[Ginzo Nakamori|Nakamori]] began their stakeout work. On the other hand, Conan was after a suspicious middle-aged man, and followed him to the top of an abandoned building. However, Conan was nonchalantly beaten by the said criminal and thus lost consciousness... ''Only ten minutes remain before Kid arrives on the time left in his notice.
