Newest topics box missing and other problems

Item 1: The new topics box has gone missing.

I made a test topic to see if that would fix it, but apparently not. This has been a problem for about a day now.

Item 2: No more word line wrapping when in plaintext mode during post making. DCW has two modes in which to post which can be changed by clicking a little lightswitch that looks like this.

I prefer plaintext so I can see the markup. Formerly lines would wrap in plaintext mode, so you wouldn't have to scroll right one million miles. Now they do not wrap. It's just like if you turn wrapping off in MS textedit. It's really obnoxious. This has been a problem for about three weeks to a month now.

The text wrapping issue doesn't happen to me regardless of browser.

 

But yeah, the new topics box is definitely missing.

Huh, Firefox 37.0.1 here. I know it isn't a script issue. Does DCW run flash, because that could be it? Otherwise I just don't know.

Also, newest Fire emblem game, I don't want to choose my destiny by bloodline or fosterage. Can't I just pick the side with the coolest colors of justice?

I have the latest version I think, and it is still messed up. I also whitelisted DCW for flash, and that hasn't fixed it either.
