when will they produce movie 17 w/ sub because in the page i am watching, detective conan movie 17 is a raw version 

 

please tell me if there is a detective conan movie 17 with subtitles because I totally Love watching detective conan movies

I don't know which fansubbing group will take on the task of translating movie 17, but be patient, it will happen.  The DVD and Blu-ray will both be for sale November 27, 2013, if I am not mistaken, so keep your eyes peeled after that date.
