Rukia Kurosaki Posted August 9, 2011 Report Posted August 9, 2011 Simple Yellow Curry: 1)Slice a large yellow onion and crush few cloves of garlic and saute them in olive oil and your choice of spices. 2) Once you've removed the vegetables, cube a pound of chicken and cook it in the same saucepan. 3) Cook sauce (chicken broth, spices, flour, yellow curry powder) in a pot over medium heat. 4) Season to taste with salt, pepper, and curry powder and thicken as desired with flour. 5) Serve over boiled rice. (Basmati works best)
tengaku squared Posted August 9, 2011 Report Posted August 9, 2011 Should I share my recipe that I call "Soup on Fire?" :V
Rukia Kurosaki Posted August 9, 2011 Report Posted August 9, 2011 Should I share my recipe that I call "Soup on Fire?" :V Yeah. It sounds spicy, so I probably won't eat it, but it seems like it could be fun to make.
tengaku squared Posted August 9, 2011 Report Posted August 9, 2011 Yeah. It sounds spicy, so I probably won't eat it, but it seems like it could be fun to make. No, it's literally "on fire." Let me recall: 1) Boil water 2) Throw random spices and vegetables (doesn't matter how they are prepared, really) 3) Accidentally drop a lit match into the pot. 4) Call the fire department. 1
Rukia Kurosaki Posted August 9, 2011 Report Posted August 9, 2011 Knowing you, I expected some sort of flambe, but... rofl. That's awesome.
tengaku squared Posted August 9, 2011 Report Posted August 9, 2011 lol got to try this sounds promising. I am physically unable to prepare anything except ridiculously simple food, like toast and ramen...
IdentityUnknown Posted August 9, 2011 Report Posted August 9, 2011 Instant ramen = <3 As for me...I'd share my family dumpling recipe with you, but that's a secret.
