bug report Background Image is broken (Insecure Input)
DavidHolandaOne posted a topic in Wiki discussion
It seems that the "background-image url()" style has been replaced with: /* insecure input */ It's something that's present in inspect code of the page, meaning that it's not possible to use images as backgrounds in templates anymore. The collectables no longer displays what its icons are supposed to display, like a DVD logo for the Japanese DVD listing tables. Basically it went from this: Before // After Not to mention that the covers are now small for some reason. I find it disappointing that I was planning to add a custom background for a template (the bricks background specifically), but the template breaks when "background-image url()" is used. So I'm reporting this issue as well. -
Making a entire new post, since it seems more recommended to do for reporting issues/suggestions regarding of the wiki. This is just copy and paste from the Wiki Mistakes thread post I made, with some changes. . With the new server migration of the Detective Conan World website, I've noticed some stuff being broken in the wiki because of it. One of them being that you can no longer go to the URL of the pages if you use actual space for the title instead of adding "_", as it gives the error "403 Forbidden". Prior to this, it was possible as the URL updates itself to add "_" in the spacing and even the Wikipedia allows the spacing usage when going to a page by URL. Some of the images are weirdly broken, like in Crossover page for example, where the MKS2 and MKS3 images are missing. The DCMap template got broken (as shown in Beika City page), only showing its source code. Same goes to the Appellations tabs as there's now extra space for them in the right. They're working fine, but because of the spacing it was given to the tabs, it overlaps with the infobox, making the links not be clickable when it's on their region. A example of this would be Detective Yama page, where you cannot click the Appearances's number link in his infobox. The EmbedVideo extension is also broken, as it cannot play any Youtube video anymore (like the trailers in the movies pages). Clicking at "Load video", the error appears "This content is blocked. Please contact the owner of the website to resolve this issue." The login system are still kinda broken, but it's not because of the email confirmation thing. It's that it always log off after a period of time on the wiki and you have to return to the forum just to log in you back. It can be frustrating if you're editing a page meanwhile and then you end up hitting with a message that you cannot save the page. The good thing is that you can still save the page when going to the forum and coming back, like the progress would still be saved. But one time, I got a error that the page could not be saved due to some login error that happened (I wish I could have screenshotted that). It made me lose a good progress on a edit in a page. I'm reporting these issues that I found and hope you get to fix them. That would be pretty appreciated.

Hello there DCW Forum Users I just wanted to drop a feedback/correction(esque) response to one of the Trivia relating to Miwako Sato's "Driving Style" in Detective Conan- specifically: While her street racing background is reminiscent of Takumi Fujiwara, her driving style really isn't. Her driving style is more akin to a different Initial D Character: that being Kozo Hoshino from Initial D Fourth Stage- who was prone to yell during drifts to help with the cornering. The Miwako Sato Witch Chapter 661 or Volume 63 is around November of 2008 while Initial D's Kozo Hoshino Introduction (Chapter 366, Volume 28) was made in March of 2004, hence predates Sato's Touge Driving Style and totally confirms that it's based off Kozo Hoshino (God Foot) of Initial D while her backstory is more focused on Takumi Fujiwara (Ghost of Akina).

Hi! I have a suggestion for the Wiki page. It would be really great if people could favorite/bookmark episodes/movies/chapters/characters they like, and in general have more things they can do with their account! For example being able to create personal playlists of "super creepy episodes" or "funniest episodes" etc! It would also be really cool to be able to mark episodes you have watched or something! Currently on the wiki you cant do much with your account Also, just wanted to say that I love this site and I really appreciate everyone who contributed to building it!! This website is super helpful to DC fans and on behalf of the whole community I say: thank you <3 Anyone with other ideas for the wiki accounts, pls comment below \(^o^)/ CQ

Hello, I am trying to open the Wiki section on this site. But the sign-in form pops up and when I enter my login details, it pops up again. And so I am unable to navigate to the Wiki section which I used to be able to in the past. I had to make an account especially for accessing the page but it didn't work either. Please help. Thanks.

Hello everyone, I've been having a problem lately getting into the anime and wiki sections of this website. Every time I try to get to them from here by clicking on the tabs, it says error page not found, as it does whenever I click some of the other tabs. When I try to get directly to the wiki page through a bookmark I have saved, it tells me I need to sign in (even though im always automatically signed in) and I sign in anyway with what im sure is the correct username and password, even trying multiple options and it still tells me the same thing. This is a problem because I rely on the wiki in order to know which episodes are filler and get info on some things prior to watching them and I've been using this website for at least 2 years and this has never happened to me before. Is anyone else having problems like this or is it just me?

I want to create a new Detective Conan Wiki page containing lists of episodes/manga chapters categorised by their crimes e.g. list of murders, list of kidnappings, list of robberies, etc. I usually prefer kidnappings to crimes because they usually give off good atmospheric tension, where a person's life is at stake and the detectives have to work against the clock. I thought that if others felt the same way, then this page would be good to create to help people find the episode they want. Unfortunately, as a new member, I have absolutely no idea how to create new pages or edit them. Please help!
