No, I mean with the seventh month and whatever you're talking about <-- barely knows anything about spirits. Christians believe in the Holy Ghost/Holy Spirit. Just randomly thinking about stuff my friends were talking about on our summer trip. Just something like "What's Your Spirit Animal?" I really don't think we need one, just a random idea to toss out.

@KKLT: I have a subscription to it and have read all of the ones out so far. Today I learned that you people had very interesting conversations when I wasn't here during the summer.

I think the magazine's standards are a little higher (unless you're a really good jokester). The competition is called BingXin and considering my writing piece wasn't the best I've ever written, you don't need to be extremely good. Do note that the competition only takes nonfiction pieces (which is sad ). The magazine, I believe, takes both.

I think that's what I have. Not perfect, but I can tell when things are out of tune.

It's a great book. I'll sift through my dad's many emails to me and send you a couple of websites. My parents are great and support me, giving me every chance possible for me to write. I'll send you them through a PM. Some of the magazine ones might be a bit childish but it's still a good chance of getting stuff published. And if you write in Chinese, you can also enter in a couple of competitions/magazines. I did that last year and got bronze for this really random piece that came off the top of my mind.

That's better than some members.
