Akame ga kill
-Fantastic story telling that has great thought in developing characters, investigating human pitfalls(i.e greed), and differences in appearance versus what is lying underneath the surface. It at times feels like a social commentary and has great fight scenes. Many of you may have heard about it from the anime that was released this season which looks awesome.

-One of the influences that returned my interest in martial arts after I took a few years off. Plus I'm a sucker for the story of the underdog.
Hunter x Hunter
-It may look like a generic shonen at first but really stands out once you start reading. Fights are heavily influenced on ability to predict and deduce what an opponent is attempting to do. Outside of the Chimera ant arc It is one of my favorite manga
World Trigger
-I got into it after I got it in my weekly shonen Jump subscription from viz manga. Its a very interesting Idea. I don't want to spoil anything but it kinda grabs you after the first chapter or so. It will also get an anime soon.
Seraph of the end
-Also In My wsj subscription but is very good. If you like vampires and even if you don't you will like it. It is set in a post apocalyptic world where Humanity was almost wiped out and vampires saved many who were left to provide blood for the vampire cities. Different monsters exist and are taking over as well. Humanity has to fight back to stay alive.

I have been gone for a while but when I marathoned to catch up and read plot I geeked out! I just had to stop by and read everyone else's reactions.

I feel Jodie's character regressed as soon as Scar Akai started to show up...well maybe as soon as Akai incident occurred. I have hopes that the plot will play out a little better, but i do agree.

ok, i have a Roomba robot vacuum cleaner and if Hattori's deduction was true, the room needs what the company calls towers for roomba to memorize anything in the room. The room was neat because if there was dirt than Roomba would stop to clean it. Additionally, if no one noticed roomba is usually used for carpet, that floor was wooden, why not just use a broom, you'll have to mop eventually. So why not get a robot mop? Also for that trick to work that tin had to be extremely light, those robots have sensors and often won't push objects across the room unless its below the sensor. Stuff like a sock or shoe would work. Also if that did happen and the tin was that thin, i'm surprised it held his weight. well, whatever.. Since there was another death and painting on the door, i have a feeling this isn't over.

i have to say i liked the opening overall. much improvement from the last op
. I liked the background and Shinichi appearance. And seeing Amuro and Sera had me pretty hyped. However, like in all openings lately, i found the part about Ran a bit weird. The part when her and Aoko mirrored each other and a light glowed between their hands was dumb. Why must they have Ran doing the weirdest things? But that can be overlooked

So it seems Conan peaked Bourbons interest. The plot remains heated
@Chek i sure hope a Ran suspicion arc is coming soon. And I hope Bourbon is not looking into Conan just for a connection with Akai, even though its probably true. Something like he has a connection to him and that he is some type of spy for him.

Well i have been thinking what was it that kid owed conan for. Remember that eye case and kazuya saw that man dressed up and made the eye trick. As well as the maid who was aiding conan and company. Those two people where one in the same. It was actally kid asking for heiji and kudos help. This also makes me beleive that now in the canon kid may be suspicous of conans identity

Hmm...logically to major organizations in one city would eventually clash with one another. Kids org seems considerably dumber than conans and the fact that they dont seem to have the same interests leads me to believe they aren't the same org. Even if they were a branch off we would see them operate like conans organization. Also the screw ups kids org makes are uncharacteristic of conans and would probably result in someone getting killed for their failure to kill kid and giving away a hideout. They couldnt allow him to live and discover the gem first. Now we see that some people grow up in the organization and the org wants to find a way to hold on to their agents and boss by finding some type of fountain of youth(aka the silver bullet). Anyway it may be possible if conan helped kid out in one of his clashes. However i dont think the org is directly related to one another but has some mutual understanding

Some food for thought before the new file:
Wasnt the victim wearing some sort of a vest with a blood releasing contraption?
It would be interesting if someone decided to hide in the victims room waiting for the moment when ai would purposely fall into their trap. Anyone ever consider why Ai decided to stop there in peticular? It would stand to reason that okiya spoke to her during the time they confronted on the train and explained something about what is happening on the train and probably said some quote that he told Ai's sister allowing her to confirm his identity. This is probably the moment they will show in some type of flashback and reveal some sort of character development for ai. I highly doubt okiya will reveal who he really is in front of everyone, especially the BO, but the only exception would be to allow her to put it together herself.
Sera will probably end up waking up and ruin conans plan and ran somehow comes and helps in some capacity
Overall this is exciting and will be interesting to watch.
