    Since Nue is said to posses the appearances of of 3-4 creatures, Monkey face, Tiger legs, body of a Tanuki and snake's tail, there's a possibility of learning some new info regarding the Identity Rum from this case. ;)

    Agreed and i think Asaca is a hint to the break down of who ASAKA is.

    asa = morning ca = cafe - Asaca. Asaka imo is Mary as a body guard that had the pill used on her but RUM Did not realise she deaged. But thinks has died

    If Kuroda is a good guy and replaced Matsumoto on orders of the Secret Police, I wonder if he was moved there to pursue Rum or another problem. I assume Kuroda has a mission and needs to be in that position in order to watch or influence someone/something.

    This is probably the case imo.

    And he probably knows about Conan from Rei's intellegence he has given to the secret police they both work for on this case.

    RUM is probably unfortunatly someone else

    According to my interpretation, he had already been dating Jodie before infiltrating the BO. At first, he didn't love Akemi and it was merely for business. However, he later began develop actual romantic feelings for her, hence the "to be able to love two women at once". He felt that he needed to break up with Jodie because of this. (In fact, I need to double-check this part because the translation in the manga seems iffy and I don't have the anime with me.)

    I want to know about the programme, Amouro's past and ordeal and Vermont's secret the most.

    I do think the Sera stuff will be cleared up first. They have been dragged out long enough and are kinda the least intresting to me.

    What do you mean with "found"? It was never the mission of Kir or Amuro to find/investigate Conan.

    I don't recall that this has been stated somewhere.

    Amuro has no knowlegde or suspicions about shrinking that we know of, so he couldn't give him much info. Kuroda got his mastermind theory from the other police members, it is unlikely that Amuro shared his mastermind theory to anyone in the B.O., especially after the Scarlet Arc.

    Again, the mastermind theory is not coming from Amuro exclusively.

    You misunderstod me.

    I was suggesting possiblities:

    1.Kuroda as RUM has already done his mission on finding the spies in BO namely Kir and Amuro.

    2. Resulting in Amuro having info squeezed out of him by RUM. And RUM finding out about Conan's envolvement and personage.

    3.i suggested alternativly that Kuroda is not RUM by a Secret Police (zero) police member instead. Getting info from Amuro already on his suspicions of Conan. But he will later be a team mate. At the moment he is playing a suspected redherring to us.

    I need to clear up some points:

    I believe it has been confirmed RUM's mission is to deal with the BO spies. Which is why Kir informed Akia why he was activated.

    I never meant that Kir or Amuro's mission was to find Conan. But for RUM to find them.

    And lastly has it been confirmed or suggested that Kuroda gets information on Conan from the other police member? I dont not agree it has. Tho it could be a possibility.

    What i dont get is if Kuroda is RUM. Why has he found Conan first not Kir or Amuro?

    Is not his mission stated to deal with the spies problem in the BO?

    Unless he has caught Amuro already and fed him info about Conan being the mastermind and suspected shrunk by the aptx4869?

    Or Kuroda is part of the Secret Police and Zero Amouro told him the info on Conan and he will be an ally foghting with Conan to take down the BO. But is just testing hom at the moment?

    For me Yamato is definatly not RUM. Its just a little joke.

    The mission of RUM should make the BO fearsome (again). Something bold and threating. Not long winded. I believe we should see RUM soon (hopefull in an BO only chapter) with strong features of Gin and Vodka. Establishing his mission (hopefully a smart one) clearly layed down.

    What do you guys think RUM's mission will be like?

    There is also another thing that came to my mind - not a real theory, just a small tidbit to recall that could perhaps be tied to the "old man"-aspect of RUM:

    We still don't have a confirmed answer to who this old guy was. If he wasn't Bourbon, that is.

    That would be a nice link if true. As it back dates RUM in the DC cannon. Going back quite a bit. I hope it's true. But doubth it unfortuenatly

    I dont think it is justba traceless drug that kill/deages the victum. Believe its for a bigger purpose than you stated and Gin should know this also.

    I think the big plan is to make a superhuman or something. As it is called the imcomplete detective. They have eternal life. And the programme system should be able to perdict outcomes and calculate deductions. But this final product will be for evil.

    Gin seems almost invincible and many BO have beyond human skills

    Cocoa i like some points you said. Mostly about bring the story together with the BO's objectives.

    I think for the character RUM it is more important for him to be bold and active in threatening the Spies. Rather than Conan figure who he is like the Bourbon case.

    He should not be scared of the police or of being found out because he is skillful. Come on second to the big bosd.

    I wonder what he will do to rat out the spies? Kir and Bourbon/Rei may have to team up. But i doubth this will happen as Gosho likes everything Conan centered with a splash of detective boys.

    In reality Kir would be the main focus at this moment as she is the closest to the BO and at the most risk.

    Kir and Rei both are skillfull enough to atleast take RUM head on if confronted.

    But they also need more info to uncover about the BO to give Conan.

    But what i dont understand is why people would think Conan would bump into RUM before Rei or Kir, just because he is mentioned all of a sudden.

    The thing i do like is that Gosho seems to include at least one bit of plot progression each realease since RUM is introduced. Hopefully something big happends. And Heiji is included too even if just small.

    can Bourbon be officially called a Black Organisation member? as he rearly wears black. infact he has more light colours and white including his car. There is something real different about him. i want to know why his skin is darker. And what Zero really means. is the two Zero characters used a difference between Japanese and Romanji? I think it might have something to do with him having a transparent chatacter and him working for the security dtp. He really is my favourite character with Heiji. for his smartness and boldness. but i cant help thinking its gonna lead him into a slight mistake.

    Is it me or is Sukurako Yonehara a mysterious character? Like there is more to her than we know? She also appears a gain after a long time, which was unexpected. And she seems to sus out Conan a bit.And did she help him mysteriously in her first case appearance?Something was weird in that episode i dont know how to exlpain.People said she could had been Kid also?(on another note was Kid playing that quack detective in the bowling and toilet murder case? As he was acting weird)Also where does Yumi's ex boyfriend fit into the storyline?I think Gosho has something up his sleeves.

    hmm yeah I think the rivalry between Akai and Amuro doesn't concern the Miyanos...

    Maybe Akai killed Amuro's best friend,or girlfriend,but akemi was there to play the same role as her mother: she prevented Amuro from doing wrong things.However when Akemi died he had nobody to stop him from killing Akai,and his hatred even increased.

    That's the only idea that comes to my mind.

    In the MT case it looks like he was kinda pissed when Sherry "died".

    Maybe Akai is the reason Date died. And that is why Amuro hates Akai. That would be a twist. And would make Akia not as good as we think he is.

    I wanna know what Zero means and what he was like with Ai's mum, fighting and stuff. Maybe he grew up in a hot country why his skin is dark and the file is before Ai mum joins the bo in Japan?

    How can is skin colour be important?

    I personally think for now he's loyal to the BO because he has nobody by his side.Date is dead,Ai's mother was gone when he was a kid...so he kinda lost all the people who could help him to stay good guy.So without any friends aroud he kinda rely on the BO,doing what the boss wants him to do.

    Not all the good guys in the BO have to be double agents...look at shiho or Akemi,they were good people but they did wrong things for "good" reasons.

    There is also Vermouth who has a good side even if she stays faithfull to the Boss.

    Then we could see the parallel with vermouth...first Gin claimed that he doesn't like Bourbon because he's like Vermouth,secretive and all.We know Vermouth does things on her side,for her own interests,(protect Ran, Kogoro,Conan).

    Bourbon could be the same:trying to kill Akai because he think he deserves to die,but later he could change his mind because Ai reminds him of helena.I can imagine Ai saying something similar to what Helena said to amuro.By extension he could decide to protect Conan because he's ai's friend.

    Helena supposedly died in an accident,but we saw in volume 41 that she may have been killed.perharps Amuro only think she died in an accident and thus he stays loyal to the BO,since he has no reason to hate them.

    So if you mean that in the future he may work with Rena in order to help Conan to destroy the BO,I agree with you.but for now he's just a BO member who wants to kill Akai,but with a good side,not a double agent.

    And I think Ai could trigger his good side because she just looks like her mother...that's the only idea that came to my mind after seeing the flashback.

    Concerning his death,well I agree it could give a more serious tone to the BO plot,for now I can't imagine that but who knows what Gosho is planning?

    Anyway I hope you get what I mean,this is all pure speculation based on the information we had^^

    Yeah i like what you said. Its very simular if not better than what i said. But lets see what Gosho does.

    i agree i didnt want Borbon to be a double agent too. Its a bit over played with Akai and Kir and her dad. Thats why i though he would be more likeva selfwilled renegade to the Organisation working by himself on his own team from like teenage years. But then hooks up with Kir and they both sabotage the org and gather info. But he still is not connected or working with FBI. He just allows her to do what she does with the FBI. He just plays an anti villian role, but Kir understands his intentions. I hope you like this basic idea?

    Just a couple questions, how can Amuro be a good guy on the org but not seem like a double agent?

    And how can he be on Ai's side not Conan's as they are on the same team? I understand his motivation may be Ai as he had a nice friendship with her mum. But him knowing Conan's mission should encourage him to expose the org in a smart way. But not nessacarily work with Conan. But more for Conan and Ai and having a weird friendship with them.

    I think he should die because the series needs a lot more serious tension and heart break to it like how when good characters in Attack on Titian die. We need that level of suspense and threat likebin the desperate revival when Conan was in the locker hunted down by Gin and Vodka. I want Borbon to put Conan in a compromising situation to show he knows who Conan is. But i also feel if more risks are taken by characters like Amuro where the org will wabt to kill hum more exciting stuff will happen than these stupid revenge murders over silly stuff, which is Gosho's style abd is boring. But more rather exposing truth and acting on the side of justice taking risks, adding more to plot abd character development. I think this will make Amuro a legend.

    My comments are not based on fact just ideas.

    Ive always said that Amuro is my my favourite character second to Heiji. And kudos to Gosho for bringing the story on and mixing it up a bit with different type stories and now think Borbon back story.

    I hear some people saying if he will turn into a good guy or die.

    Personally i want him to die. Let me explain how.

    Borbon cannot be figured out yet. But im thinking something like from young he was adopted into the BO. But as he grew got sharp. Worked for them he realised their bad mission. But instead of just leaving he became an anti-villian: someone who plays the role of a villian to manipulate realtionships in order to get information and gain trust, to try and get individuals in the org to do good. He seemingly does bad things with the org knowing it bad but trys to do jobs as clean as possible. Hence why he may had joined the police and Date ended up dead.

    So he plays like a secret selfwilled double agent. Works out Conan and is plan. But still acts as a BO feeding Conan deeper into the orgs mission. This encourages him to take down the org mor aggresivly. Knowing Conan is working to bring it down. Also teams up with Kir as he likes her (they would make a cool couple) him working out she is undercover (maybe nicknsme Zero means he can see through peoples cover ups). Thus bring Kir back into the story in a good way. But eventually he exposes the BO's intention in an epic way. Leaving a path for Conan to follow. But Amuro has to get himself corned in order to expose them. Resulting in his death. Him dying would make an emotional character death, which is needed and i hear others suggest. Plus this death will make Amuro a legend.

    After reading the Aqurium case. I enjoy Shinichi much more than Conan. As he gives a lot more info in hes deductions and adds a lot of chracter with his confidence and knowledge. As Conan has to hide who he is using Mouri and Sonoko and limit his skill, but still coming off as an annoying child (mainly because everyone is made stupid in comparision to Conan). Or he always seems bored or unhappy. Unlike Shinichi.

    Shinichi's arrogant but shy interaction with Ran is jokes. But he has to lay off speaking to her about her underwear, his coming across perverted. But the tropical land refrence was good.

    From Vermouth's timeline page in the wiki: After leaving Yukiko, Shinichi, and Ran at the theater, Sharon Vineyard disguises as a wanted silver haired male serial killer to lure out Shuichi Akai and kill him. Vermouth underestimates Akai and he shoots her in the side.

    I like Kid but prefur him in his own manga/anime. Becausein Conan, apart from likevthe first few. Kid justbseems like cheap fan service. And he is too slapstick and loses to Conan regardlessly, with no progress to his stroy, which is pretty good i think.

    Kid should only had been added to the Train arch in the helping way he was if it has relevance to both stories.

    I think Okiay should had taken centre stage instead. And when was the last time we saw him?

    Hope his in this Kite case too.

    By the way is Magic Kaito still continuing or no?

    And has the anime specials been suspended?
