See that blue tab on the left side of the page? It's labeled "Forums". Click that, and you should come to another page. It's all full of labels, click the one that says "Introduce Yourself". Then, at the right side of the page, there is a green button labeled "Start New Topic". Click that, and be sure to introduce yourself! ^^
