  1. Detective Conan is known to have moving moments that can provoke a chilling sensation. These chills can be triggered by moments that are touching, suspenseful, terrifying, action-packed, nostalgic, or just plain good. To name some of the moments that personally gave me chills, here's a list:

    1) Episode 34-35 (Mountain villa murder case) - the bandaged man himself actually gave me some chills, and also the way he butchered and cut up the victim O.o

    2) Episode 42 (Karaoke box murder case) - when the manager realizes that the victim actually loved her and cries out of despair. The emotion in her cry was very chilling...

    3) Episode 288 (New York case) - when Shinichi confronts the silver-haired serial killer about why he saved him, so he says "Is a reason necessary? I don't know why you would kill someone but as for saving someone... a logical mind isn't needed, right?" Great moment ^^

    4) Episode 304 (Trembling Police HQ: 12 million hostages case) - during the elevator scene when Takagi asks Conan "Who are you?" and Conan responds "I'll tell you... in the next world." Talk about cool moments ^^

There's a lot more episodes and moments that I didn't say, but I don't feel like listing them all. So what episodes gave you guys chills?

  2. Well I was going to let this die but you guys brought it back so.....here we go again.

First: Were did you guys get the idea that homosexuals are going hell, I said that if you believe in evolution and not in God then you go to hell whether or not your a homosexual. A homosexual or anyone else who accepts Lord Jesus in their hearts will go to heaven, no matter what they do. Also I bet none of you have even read a single book of the Bible, so you don't understand some rules that might sound really weird to you, but they would make a lot of sense if you understood the time and culture of back then.

Now: I guess I have to show you that God exists for you to accept that homosexuality is a sin.

You guys worship science, so you would believe in something as simple as the rule of cause and effect right?

Or how about the big bang theory? Could you tell me how these two things disprove God?

That's a pretty good point. I think it's a common misconception that because the bible says homosexual is a sin, that means all of them will go to hell. People tend to forget that in God-believing religions, God is absolutely forgiving. My aunt is a lesbian and she says that as long as she has a strong faith in Jesus, it will compensate for her sins be they homosexuality, lying, cursing, etc. Here's a good article that explains the misconception.

By the way why is this pinned?

We are on a detective Conan website not a political or religious website.

Even though we are in the off topic section this still should not be here, unless you want to stir up hate between members.

I think it's ok as long as the topic is strictly discussed over, not argued over. There's a fine line between discussing about religion and hindering someone because of their religious or non-religious views. By the way, I'm pro same-sex marriage, I just like putting my feet in someone else's shoes. :P

  3. when sonoko's sister invites ran and conan to this house in the bush across this bridge and the murderer was a mummy with an axe killing these girls

    thanks

That would be episode 34-35, the mountain villa murder case. (which was one of my favorites by the way)

  4. MAJOR REVELATION!

Ok, after doing some deep (and I mean DEEP) research about the mysterious woman, I found something VERY interesting. But before I show you all that, I will tell you my whole theory about the lady: FUSAE CAMPBELL.

-First, we were introduced to Fusae Campbell in File 412 (File 410 as child). We find out that Fusae, a purse fashion designer, is the main love interest of Professor Agasa. We also realize that she is half-American wearing a black hat over her blonde hair (but I will elaborate more about her appearance later). By the end of the chapter, Fusae decides that her usual routine of visiting every 10 years will come to an end, but there is a little bit of foreshadowing from her step-father/driver, Billy:

    ForeshadowProof.jpg

-A few chapters later (File 417-419 to be exact), we find out that a black car (with the steering wheel on the left side which would insinuate a foreign car) seems to be stalking the Detective Boys in the "Secret of the Tohto Film Development Studio" case. There is a lot of speculation about who the mysterious man and woman are inside the car, but like I had shown before, there is a striking resemblance between Fusae and the mysterious woman, and also, Billy and the mysterious man. Here are the pictures once again:

    225px-Fusae_Shadow_Compare.jpg

    150px-Billy_Shadow_Compare.jpg

-As to why they would be stalking either the Detective Boys, I will explain what I think the reason for that is. The speculation that Akai has connections with Fusae Campbell is likely true from the assumption that there was a three-person meal inside the car in File 412 and the assumption that Fusae Campbells and Billy are FBI members/acquaintances due to their American names and/or heritage. With this in mind, I deduced that some time after meeting with Agasa and the DB in File 412, Fusae and Billy were ordered by Akai to investigate the child with the reddish hair. Fusae was probably hesitant at first, but didn't mind the fact that she may have the chance to see Agasa again. The first time they drove passed Agasa's house, they noticed that an unknown car was parked outside (Yukiko's car) and that the DB were entering it. Billy waited patiently for them to leave and started following them whilst trying to remain unnoticed. They followed the DB and Yukiko all the way to the studio where they took this photo:

    AkaisPic.jpg

-One of the two sent the picture to Akai so he can investigate further on Haibara. Akai probably ordered them to continue keeping an out on her until told not to. As their investigation continued, Fusae and Billy overheard that the kids will be spending the night at Akira Hojima's apartment. So later that night, they arrived at the apartment complex (by sneakily following Akira all the way there), but they realized that an incident occured and that the police had arrived. Additionally, I wouldn't be surprised if Fusae noticed Agasa's arrival and was pretty happy about it. But anyways, they waited outside under Akai's order until something came up. Meanwhile, Akai probably discovered the resemblance between Haibara and Shiho, and thus, he told Billy and Fusae that they are able to leave (which is when they passed by Agasa's car with the kids inside).

-After that day, she probably continued her fashion designing career (for the next hundreds of chapters). It wasn't until she heard news of Akai's death that she decided to take a break from her job for a little while. So after the Raiha's Pass incident, Akai (who is still alive) called Fusae for assistance (it's even possible that Akai called Fusae before hand to help him set up the fake death). As a result, Fusae has been secretly staying with him (or at least has been visiting him) in order to help disguise him as Okiya or for some other unknown reasons (it also wouldn't hurt to be living next to her love interest, Agasa). I'm also speculating that Fusae and Akai are relatives of some sort, but I have no proof for that yet.

-That's why I believe Fusae is the mysterious woman who has been assisting Akai/Okiya. As for what I believe is decisive evidence, I found something EXTREMELY interesting that I hope isn't some fluke or some misinterpretation. As I said before, I will continue elaborating Fusae's appearance, and there is one decisive thing she wears that will determine if Fusae IS the mysterious woman in File 820 or not: the ginkgo leaf necklace.

HERE IS WHAT I HAVE FOUND:

    Fusae, Chapter 412:

    GingkoProof2.jpg

    Mysterious Woman, Chapter 820:

    NecklaceProof.jpg

Fun Fact: Fusae was first seen in File 410. The mysterious woman is seen in person for the first time in File 820. (410 is half of 820, coincidence or not?)

    THE END

Your theory is absolutely amazing! Such a tiny detail like the necklace wouldve never caught my eye. *mind blown*

  5. Glassheart, since you said Amuro is most likely Scar Akai, then it is likely that he is Bourbon too because it would be Vermouth's responsibility to perfect his disguise. Unless you're saying Amuro is a professional disguiser like Kid, Vermouth, and and Yukiko which would be highly unlikely. Akai's disguise as Okiya is way easier on the other hand is way simpler since he only needs a wig and glasses.

  6. What an awesome analysis of the case Chek!!! +1 :D

And about the switch of Mouri's room being highly possible rather than Agasa's, you should also note how all of the snacks and bags are perfectly in tact in room 6D. Like the labels are still facing the right way and the placements in regards to each other are consistent. It's most likely that Mouri's room was switched since we haven't seen how his room looked before the incident.

  7. I absolutely loved this you guys!!! :D Loved both of your voices! +1

I agree with Anime, I notice there's one word you mispronounce is Ran's name. Shinichi's voice is husky, I find it mature but I don't have recollection he has husky voice because he sound like teenager. You make him sound like he's sexy adult. To make it less husky for his age, press nose for effect when practice lines. I'm impressed by Misaki, she did so well in her part and I believe that was what Ran sound like in my head, imagine how she talk.

I give her acting skill 5/5. AJM, Shinichi don't use pun for way and style...

From experience, and knowledge I learn from drama for a year in high school 2005.

I don't think AJ's voice was that husky... it definitely didn't sound like a sexy adult lol. His voice was actually very good as Shinichi and trust me, I have watched several other fandubs and his voice is one of the better ones. And I dont think his pronunciation of Ran is that serious... He pronounced it pretty good anywayss for someone whos not japanese. ~justsaying
