It's just because she's a kid and she's "getting in the way" of him and Ran or him and Haibara or whatever it is they support. *Rolls eyes* Not a reason to hate a character but alright. XD Not all of them hate her for that but it's a lot of them. XD They are nicer than on a lot of other forums and websites.
