Oh, your friend did it..
'' Uhm, just click the big "Edit my Profile" button on the upper right corner of your profile, then click the "Change Photo", and last click the "Browse" (I think that's what it's called in English...), and there you can choose your photo. 
... I hope it wasn't too confusing... =____=
