Oh, maybe it doesn't work on an iPhone??? Not sure... And just go to "Edit my Profile" -> Settings -> Notification Options, then click the box beside the "Disable my personal messenger"... There should be one of those V like signs (don't remember what it's called), remove it, and I think you can use PM.
