Privately, I guess. Really, it depends on how you like approaching things. Problem with letters is that they can be passed from one hand to the next, and you'll end up with everybody knowing.

Well... the main reason im asking you guys is because im tired of waiting for him and im not very good with the confessing part~

Just walk to him after school and say it confidently:) If he say yes then lucky you!! If he say no then just say "OK,bye" walk away so far that he can see you and then cry while thinking the next day you will act like nothing happened!!
