Hiromichi Kogami ( 裕通 小上 Kogami Hiromichi), born on July 28, 1972, in Kyoto, is a Japanese voice actor. Even though he isn't famous, the Detective Conan production team has hired him numerous times to voice background characters. He has appeared in thirteen cases and two specials so far.
