Chiba's name

I still personally believe this article should be renamed Officer Chiba, because I don't believe his full name has ever been revealed. NakagawaRyou 16:53, 22 August 2009 (UTC)

I keep forgetting to pay attention to the credits in an episode, to see if the credits refer to his first name. I always call him "Officer Chiba" when I create episode articles, because I'm not exactly sure, myself. CarpetCrawlermessage me 17:31, 22 August 2009 (UTC)
