Susumu Nishizawa (西澤 晋 Nishizawa Susumu?), born 9 July 1962 in Okayama, is a Japanese storyboard artist and animation director. He has previously used the pseudonym Fu Chisaka (千坂 ふう Chisaka Fū?) while working on Detective Conan, which seems to have been contract related.[1]
