Mitsuko Kase (加瀬 充子 Kase Mitsuko?), also called Atsuko Kase, is a Japanese storyboard artist and director born in Fukushima Prefecture.

After Kase graduated from Tokyo Designer Gakuin College (東京デザイナー学院), she joined production company Sunrise (サンライズ) and became an animator. Kase then became a director in the 1980s. She was one of the first women animators and the first women to do mecha anime art. She is famous for her work in Mobile Suit Gundam (機動戦士ガンダム).
