Naoko Soeda (添田 直子 Soeda Naoko?) is a Japanese animator, and does animation directior and key animation works for Detective Conan anime and movies.

Naoko began to participate in the production of Detective Conan anime in the 2nd part of Momotarou Mystery Solving Tour which was aired in 2004. Then in 2009, she started to do key animation within those episodes outsourced to BIG BANG. In 2014, she became an assistant animation director for the 1st part of Kaitou Kid VS Makoto Kyogoku.
