What if the criminal was someone I know, say, Dr. Agasa? ... I wouldn't play cool at all. I'm sure I would be exhausted from desperate attempts to explore every possibility that it wasn't him. However, justice must be impartial and we should not shield an erring criminal no matter how dear he/she is to us.
