I don't think so—I think she and Kogoro have directly interacted more than she and Heiji... and her involvement with Kogoro basically consists of that one case (925–927/822–823)... heck, I even think she's mentioned Kogoro more than Heiji... though she has Heiji's voice as her ringtone, last we checked (909–912/808–809).1 point
