File 151 - White Murder

Later that night, Nobuko reveals that one day, there was fire in a lodge where Mitsuaki is stopping Hideomi to go into the fire, where he save a little girl, where she reveals the identity of the girl is Miyuki Hyuga. On the second day, Nobuko spanked Miyuki where her fountain pen (the last present that she recieve from her parents), where they drained the water on the fountain and found Hideomi dead. During Miyuki's argument with Nobuko, her fountain pen fell into the pool in the courtyard. When the water was drained to recieve the pen, Hideomi's body is found on the bottom of the pool! Is this a suicide?

File 152 - Truth of the Telephone

They reveal the death was consumption of poison, where they found a suicide letter by him for Miyuki causing Miyuki to cry and Nobuko said that she was just testing the family's fortune.

File 154 - The School's Mystery

The elementary school has had strange things going on at night -- the anatomy figure running around, statues appearing to move, dolls showing up in the hall with the students' names, and a missing Vice Principal. The Detective Boys decide they need to sneak in at night to uncover these mysteries, but what they learn could lead to a laugh and to a horrible nightmare.

There never was a murder or a missing person. The one who put the dolls in the room was Sumiko Kobayashi, who actually was practising for future parental meetings, since she was a very shy person and didn't want to commit blunders. (She had commited crucial mistakes in her first workplace, thus she portrayed herself as a very strict teacher as a way to cover her insecurities). The vice-principal merely didn't come to school because he lost his tupée and was too embarrassed to let people know that, thus he came back every night to search for it and tried to scare the Detective Boys when they came in; the school principal actually found the tupee and kept it aside, so once he gave it back the vice-principal returned to work.

File 156 - Chance Meeting

Sonoko's family wants Kogoro to protect their priceless piece of jewelry called the Black Star from the Phantom Thief. The necklace along with other valuables will be on display at a museum where people are sure the Phantom will strike. The Phantom left a coded letter to Sonoko's father and its the first clue.

File 157 - Annihilation

After decoding the letter, Conan goes to meet the Phantom Thief face to face at a rooftop of a hotel. He lights a firework hoping that the cops would come and arrest Phantom but to his surprise Phantom imitates the captain's voice and calls all of the captain's men to the rooftop. Just when it looks like the Phantom is cornered he escapes with a blast bomb but before he leaves theres another note and another clue.

This time the note states that he will board a ship that is carrying the Black Star. While last time was a test run this time he will actually steal the Black Star. To try and prevent this devises a plan. She has given all the guests a fake Black Star replica in hopes that Kaitou Kid won't be able to figure it out before the cruise ends. Sonoko can't find her sister so she calls her and finds out that her sister and dad are still at home. This means that the Shiro Suzuki they just saw had to be the Kaitou Kid in disguise.

File 158 - Presence

Tomoko brings in a magician to put on a show but Kaitou Kid then drops another letter. Fake Black Stars start exploding and the guests start panicking. Thats when he steals the real Black Star which Tomoko was wearing the whole time. Conan on the other hand has figured out where and who the Kaitou Kid is.

Conan tells Ran he knows who Kaitou Kid is and asks her to accompany him to a secluded area on board the ship. He then reveals that only Ran had the opportunity to steal the black star and that Ran Mouri is the phantom in disguise all along. Kaitou Kid-as-Ran still tries to continue his act by saying theres no way that he would know which star was the real one. However, Conan says that Tomoko gave away the answer when she described the pearl to Kogoro as having a peacock color (her middle name is "peacock"). Also the way she handled the pearl and the fact that it was duller due to age. This is why he didn't steal it at the museum: that one was shiny, making it a fake.

Kaitou Kid comes clean and hands Conan back the pearl, after Conan destroys the phone so he couldnt pull the same trick again. Conan reveals that Kaitou Kid escaped last time by disguising himself as a cop and blending in, but he can stop him now...

Right when Conan is about to use his powered shoes and a ball to try hitting Kaitou Kid, he tells Conan that he took Ran's dress and she might freeze outside in the lifeboat (where he hid her)... since he left her naked. He drops another blast bomb and escapes. Conan decides to go to Ran instead, fearing she'd get sick or be found naked... but finds out Kaitou Kid never took her clothes and she's fully dressed. Before the event on the ship, Ran had her dress dry cleaned and the guy who picked up the dress was Kaitou Kid under a busboy disguise; he then made a duplicate of the dress before handing Ran hers.

The next day, Conan makes the headlines as the "protector" of the Black Star Pearl, and he's not really thrilled with it. Sonoko tries to make him describe Kaitou Kid physically... and meanwhile, Kaito and Aoko walk together to their school, not too far from them. A rather unhappy Kaito Kuroba has caught a cold due to having had to jump into the cold sea water to escape from Conan, and Aoko calls him an idiot since she think he fell by accident.

When a fan of Kogoro's who works as a famous potter work invites the family out to his place for the weekend, Kogoro wins an valuable cup of pottery. After a long night of drinking the group awakes and finds a murder has taken place. Megure thinks it may be more than coincidence, but what is the real case behind this mystery?
