Suspects: Yasutaka Hase, Saneaki Nagaura, Masao Shiomi, and Chizuru Kakuta
After accepting Kogoro's plan to bring White Spirits to Okuho Stables, Tokuyoshi organizes a procession to bring White Spirits to safety but, while on route, the horse disappears after the truck transporting it turns left in a construction site. They then learn that Masao Shiomi was the culprit and led White Spirits escape in another truck that was parked in the fake construction site because he was forced to.
