After making him drunk, Nagai lured Oshiro to the Kometo Bridge. While Oshiro's back was temporarily turned, Nagai hurled a flashing boomerang and then quickly drew Oshiro's attention to it. Trivia

    Girl #1 from middle-school.
    • The first girl ten years ago is the one from middle-school who talks with Ran in RAIN MAN.
    • Boy #1 has the same character design for Kenta Connery from Magic Kaito.
    • This episode marks perhaps the only time that a single-case, anime-original character discovers Conan's identity.
    • Gosho Aoyama wrote the script for the episode, then it was not like any other AO. It was his first Conan work, and was really nervous, but everybody was so kind. The second is the script for movie 21, Crimson Love Letter, which is different from the episode, being really showyand and flashy.[1]
