The Beika City Shopping Center Garbage Bin Mystery (米花商店街ダストミステリー Beika shōten-gai dasutomisuterī ) is the 1002nd episode of the Detective Conan anime. This episode is a pre-story for The Scarlet Bullet. It was originally scheduled to air on April 18, 2020 as episode 975, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It finally aired on April 17, 2021 as episode 1002.

Conan, Haibara, and the Detective Boys found out that each morning new trash are appearing at the site where there used to be a garbage bin. Meanwhile, there is an arguement between Beika shopping center store association members about whether they should use store association budget to reinstall new garbage bin. At the same moment, Ran's teacher asked the class to submit ideas for entertaining the guests coming to Tokyo for WSG.
