Rie Ogasawara (小笠原 理恵 Ogasawara Rie) is a Japanese animator. She does animation director and key animation works for Detective Conan anime.
Works in Detective Conan
Ogasawara joined the Detective Conan anime production in 2006, starting with the 1st part of Sonoko's Red Handkerchief and served as key animator. She then quit the anime production team after she did the 1st part of The Truth Behind the Urban Legend, which was in 2009.
In 2013, she abruptly showed up in the Detective Conan anime production team again and did the key animation of the 2nd part of Yusaku Kudo's Cold Case.
