Fumimaro Ayanokoji

Fumimaro Ayanokoji (綾小路 文麿 Ayanokouji Fumimaro?), age 26, is a Police Inspector in the anime version of Detective Conan. He is known to be polite and snarky, as well as of noble descent. He has no close friends, with the sole exception is the cute little chipmunk he takes everywhere with him. He is voiced by Ryotaro Okiayu.

Wataru Date (伊達 航 Date Wataru?) is a deceased Tokyo MPD police officer who was Wataru Takagi's mentor.

Detective Delon

A Magic Kaito-only detective, Detective Delon is a famous European police detective known for shooting criminals. He tried to kill Kaitou Kid. He appears in The Princess Prefers Magic.

Detective Ezomatsu

Detective Ezomatsu is a Detective from Hokkaido Prefecture Police. He appears in The Crane's Return of a Favor Murder Case.

Superintendent General Hakuba

A character from Magic Kaito and Saguru Hakuba's father. As Superintendent General of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, he holds the highest police rank existent in Japan. He appeared in Magic Kaito Volume 3, chapter 2, to ensure that Saguru was allowed to join the Task Force in chasing Kaitou Kid.

Officer Kinoshita

In episode 397, He is insisting to Aikawa Etsuko that the victim committed suicide as opposed to being murdered. He then asks Mouri Kogoro to prove he is right however due to Conan's investigating, the culprit is found. He is then afterwards seen at the The Sweet Taste Shop with Conan and Mouri eating with them and complimenting Mouri on how well he did with the case which Mouri doesnt remember since he was put to sleep by Conan.

Detective Kobayashi

Jinpei Matsuda

Jinpei Matsuda (松田 陣平 Matsuda Jinpei?) was a member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department bomb squadron who died on duty three years ago.

Inspector Momose

Inspector Momose is part of theft related Division 3 of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. He is a kind inspector, who readily listens to the detective boys, and doesn't become irritated even when a case wasted his time. He appears in the hina doll case and the warehouse case.

Inspector Nishimura

Inspector Nishimura is part of the Hokkaido Police department. He stays even tempered as long as the suspects cooperate, but has a tendency to yell if his authority is questioned or his investigation is delayed. Nishimura prefers to be straight to the point and doesn't like to make assumptions. He has an assistant officer who looks a little like a spiky-haired Chiba. He recognizes the famous Kogoro Mouri. He appears in the Northbound Train case and Movie 8.

Toshiro Odagiri

Toshiro Odagiri (小田切 敏郎 Odagiri Toshirou?), age 56, is known as Superintendent Osterman in the FUNimation dub. He is a Senior Superintendent in the Tokyo Police, and is the Chief of the Criminal Investigations Division. Not much is known about Odagiri but he has a son, Toshiya Odagiri. Toshiro Odagiri seems to be a very strict person which may be because of his strict upbringing. He spares no hesitation to suspect his son of murder, which shows he is very dedicated to his job. He is also a good swordsman, as Conan notices his sword style in Movie 4.

Ayami Ogino

Ayami Ogino (荻野 彩実 Ogino Ayami?) is a movie-only character from The Raven Chaser and is a police inspector from Saitama.

Radish Redwood

Radish Redwood is a police officer in New York City who was in charge of a murder case at a Broadway play that Shinichi solved one year before the current timeline. He can speak Japanese because his wife is from Japan. Sharon Vineyard disguised as him to help Yukiko escape a traffic ticket. He appeared in the Golden Apple case.

Officer Sakurada

Sakurada is an officer of the Tokyo Police Eastern side and appears in episode 405 and accuses Hiromatsu of murdering the victim.

Detective Sasamoto

Detective Sasamoto is a detective from the Niigata Prefectural Police. He appears in Quarter of Silence.

Masayoshi Sato

Masayoshi Sato (佐藤 正義 Satou Masayoshi?) was the father of Miwako Sato. He was a Senior Superintendent (Rank 4) in the Tokyo MPD before he died on duty, trying to stop a criminal. His death affected his family deeply. He is voiced by Toru Okawa.

Tsuyoshi Shikatsuno

Tsuyoshi Shikatsuno (Shikatsuno Tsuyoshi) is a movie-only character in The Lost Ship in the Sky and is a police inspector from Nara.

Chosuke Takagi

Chosuke Takagi (高木 長介 Takagi Chōsuke?) is a police detective and Inspector Megure's senior by two years. He was moved from Tokyo to Tottori in order to investigate a large crime syndicate there.

Chosuke first appeared in MPD Case 6, in which the other Tokyo police thought Wataru Takagi was being sent to Tottori. Chosuke investigated a crime with Miwako Sato and Wataru Takagi that involved a friend of Chiba's. After the case was solved, Takagi found out that it was Chosuke being sent to Tottori and not him. Chosuke was shown to be very aggressive at times in an investigation. Once he grabbed Chiba by the collar and slammed him against the wall just to ask him for confirmation to a question. He is also very efficient at investigating, taking notice of minor details and connecting the dots rather quickly. He suspected Chiba of lying to protect his friend in the first case he appeared in, because he believed that as a police detective he had to suspect everyone no matter how good they are. He is voiced by Takko Ishimori.

Officer Tome

Tome (トメ ?), most commonly referred to as Officer Tome (and less commonly, Tome-san,) is a CSI member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police, and is often seen investigating the crime scene during cases where Juzo Megure is the head inspector. Tome is an anime only character and, unlike Takagi, Shiratori, and Chiba, has never appeared in the manga. Up until 2008, he only made sporadic and scattered appearances in the show, but starting with the 17th season, Tome's role has increased heavily, appearing more frequently. Conan frequently asks him about forensic evidence he has collected, and Tome is often happy to answer. He is voiced by Toshihiko Nakajima.

Detective Tamura

Detective Tamura (田村 Tamura?) is an anime only police detective in Hokkaido. He appears in the Northbound train case and Movie 8.

Detective Watanabe

Detective Watanabe is a detective from the Niigata Prefectural Police. He has an unusual voice an speaks very slowly. He appears in Quarter of Silence.

Detective Yokoyama

Detective Yokoyama (横山 Yokoyama?) is a detective in the Tokyo MPD. He appears in Movie 3: The Last Wizard of the Century.
