Megumi Hayashibara (林原 めぐみ Hayashibara Megumi?, born March 30, 1967 in Kita, Tokyo) is a seiyu, singer, and writer.

In Detective Conan, she is the voice of Ai Haibara/Shiho Miyano. She also voices Akako Koizumi from Magic Kaito. One of the most famous voice actresses in the world, she has performed the theme songs for many anime, even a few she did not star in.
