She appears in episode 985 and 986 as Kogoro's client and the wife of Issei Muto, a company president, who later turns out to be a second-hand factory owner. Her husband was a liar who also killed an employee of his factory and almost killed her.

She is a nervous person that was happy with her husband, but later she suffered a lot, being forced by her husband to escape and almost being murdered by him.
