In an accidental manner, Inspector Nakamori saw at a glance Kaito Kid's face and thus became suspicious of his true identity. While having dinner in Aoko's house, Inspector Nakamori told Aoko that Kaito Kuroba is Kaito Kid but Aoko insisted that he is not. Due to this, Aoko has been pushed to date Kaito Kuroba on Sunday where Kaito Kid will be the target day. On their date in Tropical Land, the couple had been enjoying themselves. During the movie they decided to watch, Kaito got a chance to sneak out and came to steal the Angel Crown.
