Chiemi Hironaka (広中 千恵美 Hironaka Chiemi?) is a japanese animation director and character designer main known for her work in Detective Conan. Formerly affiliated with Studio Boomerang, she now works with TMS Entertainment.

Works in Detective Conan

Chiemi Hironaka started being active in 2000 as in-between animation in episode 200, before started as a key animation in 2002 with episode 300. She then started working regularly with Keiko Sasaki and Rei Masunaga, who were Studio Boomerang's regular animation director for the series. In episode 568, she replaced Rei Masunaga and started working as animation director while still representing Studio Boomerang. In 2014, she left the studio to join TMS and is now a regular animation director for the series.
