== Biography ==
Yohei Shindo was first active as an animator in January 2014, being credited as production assistant in ''[[wikipedia:Buddy Complex|Buddy Complex]]''. Later the same year, he was credited as a design manager for the first time in a ''[[wikipedia:Gintama|Gintama]]'' special. Between October and December 2017, he was involved with ''Gintama'' again, in ''[[wikipedia:Gintama. Porori-hen|Gintama. Porori-hen]]'' and was first credited as episode director and assistant episode director. Since then, he has consistently be active as an episode director (technical director).

Shindo was credited for the first time in ''Detective Conan'' in September 2019, becoming the episode director of [[episode 953]]. He would again be episode director in [[episode 959]] and would stop being involved with the anime production team afterwards. He came back in 2022, becoming the technical director for the series' 66th ending theme, which was used starting in May 2022. He was first involved with the ''Detective Conan'' movies in 2026, becoming a technical director for [[movie 29]].
