 What you're asking for is actually already implemented. :) If you look at [[Template:Char]] you will see that the second parameter is the "Image name". All I had to do on [[Drama Episode 1#Cast]] was add the actor's name such as: <nowiki>{{Char|Shinichi Kudo|Junpei Mizobata}}</nowiki>. But remember that on the profile pages of the actors, like for [[Junpei Mizobata]], the picture in the infobox should end with "Profile" such as: "Junpei Mizobata Profile.jpg".
