When I originally blocked S261157, I made a profile of his behavior, the types of edits he likes to make, when and where he likes to make them, and when various events occurred -- because I expected S261157 to sockpuppet and I needed a reference to compare user behavior to. You matched up suspicious with regards to all of them and the removal of the suspect information was the tipping point.
