You know, I think we don't need those trivia like "this is the first episode of what's the cause of death to the murder case" or "this is the first episode that the victim is something".

	Hi I'm a moderator here. I removed a lot of trivia sections of the "first time x has happened" nature. The reason why is because the first 50 episodes or so are going to have many new things happening simply because there aren't many other episodes before them. While the first type trivia would be interesting if something new appeared late in the anime, adding this sort of trivia to the early episodes is not very valuable.
